Stress Free Sunday

Hey Guys,

Hope you've had a good weekend! I've been at work all weekend and feel very stressed tonight (knowing I've got an 11 hour shift tomorrow isn't helping either)
So I thought I'd share with you what I do to relax on a Sunday night!

So my ideal night starts off with a nice hot bubble bath using all of my favourite products at the minute this is Soap & Glory sugar crush! Then I pop on a face mask, at the minute I'm trying some samples from Avon. My favourite is the clay mask! At the same time I like to either use a deep conditioner or pop on a hair mask! Once the face mask can come off I cleanse and polish my face, I'm still loving the Botanics radiant youth polish. It's a really fine harsh scrub that I like to use once or twice a week.

Once the bath is finished, I'll put on some fresh PJ's  and apply a nourishing moisturizer. My current fav is the Body Shop Vitamin E cream. The final thing to do is make a cup of tea and settle down to Sunday night tv. At the minute I am re-watching Sherlock as well as catching up with The Vampire Diaries online. Then sleep!

There you have it, my ideal relaxing Sunday night in! How do you spend your Sundays?

Monday Madness

Hey Guys :)

This morning I woke up with a long list of things that I want to do this week. I thought I would come on here and let you know because I find if I write down my to do lists I'm more likely to stick to them.

So here goes:

Wash my car
Plan and take photos for blog posts
Wash my Make-up brushes (all of them)
Cleanse my face every night before bed
Make my lunches for work
Make an appointment for Zan to get a haircut

So they are my little jobs that I need to do for the week. They may not seem like a lot but they can end taking quite a bit of time. I'll be sure to let you know how I get on!

Review: Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation

Hey Guys,

Sorry about being a little MIA recently guys, bad blogger I know.
So today I am going to share my thoughts on the Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation. I picked this foundation up because I really wanted to treat my self and I needed new foundation so i thought why not?! Lately I have been really in light coverage foundations, which is not like me at all, considering one of my favourites is the Estee Lauder Double Wear. I also wanted to try some new brands. This is my first ever Bobbi Brown product, and I think I've fallen in love! The shade I was matched up to was Warm Beige.

This foundation is a really light coverage ( as the name would suggest, obviously) so much so that you can still see my freckles through it.  You can build it up if you wanted to to give a medium coverage but  that kind of defeats the object.
The only thing that I wasn't to keen on was that it is very runny which is something I'm not really used to. My favourite way to apply this is with a beauty blender, I think this is because its so runny I find this method the easiest.
It can cling to my dry patches around my nose, so if you have got really dry skin I maybe wouldn't reccomend it.
It also has SPF 15 in which is always a bonus, not that we're getting much sunshine at the moment.

Have you tried this foundation, or anything else from Bobbi Brown? Let me know if you have any reccomendations!
